No I am not being a B****h, my hormones are out of whack!!!

OK ladies you can all relate to the topic of this blog.  It is not our fault how we may act or react to certain situations and it can all be the cause of estrogen dominance, and hormonal imbalance.  As females our body does amazing things like maintain a dynamic balance of hormones every month.  This dynamic balance is the ongoing communication that takes place between the brain, the ovaries and the adrenal glands all working together to maintain the proper ratio of our main hormones.  Estrogen, progesterone and testosterone are all apart of a complex set of hormonal feedback system that aids in the determination of a proper ratio or normal range.  When our hormones fluctuate slightly out of these normal ranges, we most likely would experience a wide range of symptoms.  The most common fluctuation is seen in estrogen levels that can evolve into estrogen dominance.  For menstruating women, PMS is a main symptom of estrogen dominance. I have tried out natural progesterone cream to help balance out my PMS symptom during my luteal phase.  I have notice a decrease in my PMS symptoms as well as a decrease in sore breast.  So ladies the next time someone comments about you PMS'ing, tell them its not you its the hormones!
